Delivery
Singapore Orders
We offer a flat delivery fee of SGD10.80 (inclusive of GST) per destination throughout Singapore island-wide. Delivery is free for orders SGD100 and above to one location.
Orders received before 5.00pm (GMT +8) will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
We adopt a delivery system where we alternate East Route and West Route. That means, if we deliver East Route on Monday, Wednesday, Friday this week, we will deliver East Route on Tuesday and Thursday the next week.

Delivery will be made to your delivery address Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm. We generally do not contact customers prior to delivery. However, if you need us to contact you to arrange for a specific delivery date/time or you have any special delivery requirements, please add a comment under "Shipping Method" when you checkout or contact us at 6292 0432 to make arrangements.
Pick-up In-store
You can also choose to pick up your order at our store located at 800 North Bridge Road #01-01 Singapore 198768. Our location and opening hours are found here.
After receiving your order, we will prepare and pack them. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup. Orders received before 5.00pm (GMT +8) will usually be ready for pick-up within 1 to 2 working days, subject to stock availability.
International Orders
We may deliver certain products to selected overseas destinations via DHL Express courier. However, we are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, government registrations, licenses, etc. required by your government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at sales@firstaid.com.sg if you are requesting for delivery outside Singapore to obtain freight quote. Depending on the payment mode, there will also be additional PayPal charges or wire transfer fees charged on international orders.
Items Out of Stock
We are unable to do partial shipment of orders if they contain products that are out-of-stock. In the unlikely event where your completed order contains products that are out-of-stock, we will contact you to offer you an alternative product or refund you the out-of-stock item.
