SURGIFIX is the invention of FRA PRODUCTION, which was patented about twenty-five years ago, and since then has been in use throughout the world.

The present product is, therefore, the outcome of very specialised techniques employed exclusively for SURGIFIX, together with very scrupulous tests on raw materials.

Thus we are able to guarantee all FRA products, which fact in itself differentiates SURGIFIX from its imitators.

Surgifix tubular elastic net bandage for shoulder, knee, leg and foot is available in different sizes to hold dressings in place on any part of the body. It is an open mesh bandage which is quick and easy to apply and permit to bere-dressed without complete bandage being removed. It is comfortable and holds the dressing firmly in position and permits maximum ventilation with minimum restriction. It can be washed and re-used.

 

FRA IDEAL Bandage

FRA IDEAL is an elasticized, hemmed bandage which is made of the very softest thread and thus suitable for even delicate skin.  It can be used for special orthopedic, traumatologic and surgical applications, in the treatment of ulceratins, varicose veins and phlebitis in addition to the treatment of pulled muscles, sprains and sub-dislocations.

Characteristics :

  • Length : about 4.5 metres fully extended
  • Elasticity : 75% minimum
  • Available widths : 5 - 7 - 10 - 12 - 15 - 20 cm (5 - 7 - 10 and 12 cm with two hooks hold the bandage in place, 15 cm with three hooks and 20 cm with four hooks)
  • Washing instruction : Wash in warm, soapy water and dry flat on a warm surface. Do not iron.

FRA ELASTO Bandage

FRA ELASTO bandage is suitable for a soft bandage.  It is hemmed and made of soft skin-coloured cotton. It offers great elasticity thanks to the high quality of the materials used. The FRA ELASTO bandage maintains its elasticity even after repeated washings.

  • Elasticity : 180% minimum
  • Available widths : 8 - 10 - 12 cm (with two hooks hold the bandage in place)
  • Washing instruction : Wash in warm, soapy water and dry flat on a warm surface. Do not iron

FRA ELASTO FORTE Bandage

FRA ELASTO FORTE bandage is suitable for tight elastic bandaging.

Characteristics :

  • Length : about 7 meters fully extended
  • Elasticity : 160% minimum
  • Available widths : 8 - 10 - 12 cm (with two hooks hold the bandage in place)
  • Washing instruction : Wash in warm, soapy water and dry flat on a warm surface. Do not iron.
